Kha Dental wants you to feel in control of your finances throughout your treatment. This page describes the payment methods, how costs are determined and what to keep in mind when paying at Kha Dental.
1. Costs and quotations
Fees are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND) in our service price list. The price list is for reference. The exact cost depends on your specific condition, the treatment method and the materials chosen, and is explained clearly by the doctor after the examination and before treatment begins.
Kha Dental is committed to honest and transparent cost advice, with no extra charges beyond the agreed plan unless your oral condition changes and the doctor explains it and you agree.
2. Payment options
- Single payment: paying the whole treatment cost, or each item, before or at the time it is carried out.
- Payment by treatment stage: the cost is split into several instalments following the doctor's plan, for longer treatments such as implants, braces and full-arch restorations. For children's braces, the cost is usually split into 3 to 4 payments depending on the case.
- 0% instalment plans through banks: Kha Dental supports 0% interest instalments for customers who already hold a credit card from a number of banks or agree to open a credit card with a bank, with flexible repayment periods. For example, porcelain crowns from 10,000,000 VND and children's braces from 20,000,000 VND.
The participating banks, minimum amounts and instalment terms may change from time to time. Please ask our staff for specific guidance.
3. Examination and consultation fees
The general examination package, which includes an examination, consultation, a detailed treatment plan and answers to your questions, costs 200,000 VND per visit. The examination fee is waived if you agree to start treatment on the day of your consultation.
For orthodontics, the examination and treatment planning fee of 1,000,000 VND is deducted from the total cost if you go ahead with treatment.
