Before that he had a skeletal and dental protrusion, a receding chin and crowded teeth, which affected his looks and made him self-conscious, so he did not dare to smile much while playing and studying with friends. Dr. Ngoc Kha designed a treatment plan of a Quad-Helix growth-guidance appliance phase followed by a bracket braces phase, giving him a lovely smile by widening the dental arch, aligning the teeth, and restoring a perfect profile by reducing the protrusion and adjusting the forward projection of the chin.
